MIMCO: Whispers and Anarchy

The latest Mimco collection Whispers and Anarchy makes reference to prim and ladylike styling of the 50s and 60s with a futuristic twist.
Clean tailoring meets metallic surfaces and geometric shapes.

As part of the campaign for the new collection I was sent the Beatnik Hip Bag, a cute little 50s style bag with quilted detailing which can also double up as a clutch! I got to style a shoot around the bag using my own interpretation of the collection. I went for a romantic, dreamy 50s style. It's my first ever personal style shoot so I do hope you like it! I was trying to get a model organised to shoot instead, but it didn't come together in time. So you're stuck with me, hah :P

Wearing: Gary Pepper Vintage pink vintage pleat dress, handmade necklace from my good friend Tina of English Muse, fedora hat from cotton-on
clogs from Novo - which broke after a few wears.

Style Milk Shop!!

So fashionably late but here is what I've been working on! I'm so excited to finally share with you the Style Milk Shop. A partnership between two bloggers, Jen of Style Milk and I. It's a boutique of gorgeous womenswear and kids fashion as well as some selected decor. It's early days yet but we are hoping to keep working on the shop and bring you an even bigger selection of designers over the year.

I was up so so late loading stock and we still have more to load over the coming days. It's been a whole lot of hard work but having Jen to work with has made it easier. We've been busy contacting designers, viewing collections (the funnest part), buying and now loading the stock and designing the store. Wow so much work goes into a shop!

We have two opening specials, Orders over $150 get a 10% OFF discount use code 'OPEN' (till 31st March) and all orders over $80 get free standard shipping within Australia (till 31st April)

I do hope you love the new store, I'm so excited and we have handselected all the designers from our very favourites. Including Mini Rodini, Bec & Bridge, Arabella Ramsay, Missie Munster, Munster Kids, Finders Keepers plus lots more!

You can sign up to the newsletter or follow on facebook to keep up to date on shoppy news.

xo

UPDATE: I've had quite a few inquires about international shipping and yes we do have international shipping set up. Currently we have a flat rate of $25AUD for standard international shipping.
....
OK now I have to run and take my Puppy in for her last x-ray so far the vet cant find anything wrong and after spending so so much money it might just be her diet and the fact she eats ridiculously fast.
