fieldguided totes now at Style Milk!

I've been following Anabela's blog for many years now, so it's an honour to now be an Australian stocktist of her gorgeous hand printed totes.

My favourite would have to be the fluro pink thunder tote.
So perfect for this summery weather!

Beneath the sun

One of the stalls I wished I got the chance to visit at The Finders Keepers markets is that of Australian Illustrator and Designer Leah Bartholomew. Leah has just released a textiles range under the name Beneath The Sun.
The range features locally-produced and environmentally conscious products made from natural, quality materials featuring her artworks. I love thecushions!
For those on the Gold Coast, you can now catch Beneath the sun at The Village Markets.

Memories from instagram :: Element Store

I have a billboard!!! (eek) Spotted on the side of the Element building.

It looks so pretty how they have set it all up. It's like walking into a whimsical world with tea cups, roses, old books and illustration on the walls.  Even the change rooms are pretty!

If you want to visit the Element store it is in Burliegh Heads on the Gold Coast
or there is another in Melbourne Central.

Who Killed Bambi

Who Killed Bambi is a new collaboration between the creative forces Ally Carey of Unknown Pleasures & Jonathan Hayward. With Ally’s background in modeling, blogging and her love of fashion and Jonathan’s background in design and photography, Who Killed Bambi was the perfect creative outlet for them both to share together.

Each month Who Killed Bambi release a beautifully curated collection of vintage and altered vintage pieces, with each collection being inspired by music, art and photography. Shooting a new lookbook each time. I love how each collection is named after an album and each piece after a song. So much love and attention to detail!

I only discovered Ally's blog in the last six months since being on the Gold Coast and it is fast becoming one of my favourites and daily reads. Ally has such a strong sense of style and this translates beautifully over to her newest venture.

I'm hoping to go along to their next shoot too, so I can bring you some behind the scenes glimpses of Ally's gorgeous blog, shop and world.

Finders Keepers Markets

camera: Lomography LC-A+, film: Kodak Portra 400

Finally getting around to blogging my pictures from the Finders Keepers markets last weekend where we had a stall for Style Milk. I feel like this week has just flown by. I didn't get much of a chance to have a look around and shop for myself, but I did leave my stall a few times to sneak in a bit of shopping and take a few pictures.

My favourite purchase was my Lilly Piri unicorn necklace, so cute! It's already had a few wears this week.

See more pictures from the markets on the Finders Keepers facebook page.

Instax Mini

The first photos from my new Instax Mini. I've had an instax mini on my wish list for so long now! So I was super excited when Amanda gave me her old one (aren't camera loving bloggy friends the best?!)

The top right is of me & Amanda, and the bottom right Amanda, both taken at the broadwater in Southport. The other two are the view from Sky Point on the Gold Coast.

I've already bought heaps of film for it and a cute little photo album. I can't wait till the film and album arrive so I can get snapping. I love how they are so small and cute. I've missed instant photography. Although I still prefer Polaroid, it is nice to have this as my replacement till I can get cheap and good Polaroid film again.
